Today is Sunday, the 29th of August 2010. It was pretty ordinary, as ordinary goes....I got up about 12 noon, took my medications. One for my thryoid, since I have lack of thyroid function, Levothyroxine makes my thyroid work more efficiently. Then, I take my pain pills, to even get out of bed. Ultram, generically known as Tramadol, starts my day off. Next, I wander into the kitchen and get a cup of coffee, ah caffeine, that drug that really starts your motor!!! 1 cup, 2 cups, maybe one more cup....ok, now I'm fully awake. By now, it is about 2:00 pm. And I start doing my usual chores. A little kitchen clean up, get dressed, casually, a little bed making, and then for a little rest. Marty starts a lunch of stir fry, since he knows I'm not feeling well, what a hubby I have! I have a delivery to make for my AVON business, so I meet my client with their product in a neat little bag, a receipt and a new catalog at a little restaurant in town, then I go to the store for a couple goodies to take home to snuggle with my honey, on this chilly and rainy Montana day. We are going to watch "Julie and Julia". While we are watching this movie all about eating....we are eating our stir fry lunch. Stopped midway in the movie, by the baby squirrel in our tree, outside the dining room tugging on a rope, trying to pull it up the tree. But the rope is stuck on a large branch and the little guy can't quite figure out how to get it around the branch and up the tree. He pulls, he tugs, he puts some of it in his little mouth to use his teeth as extra pulling power, to no avail. He scampers up the tree not to be seen for awhile. We have been watching him and the dogs too, are dying to go out and try to chase him up the tree. They so like to tease each other, the dogs and the squirrels play equally.
We decide to put the movie on hold, and have some tea and computer time. I decide my headache and backache could probably use a hot shower, so off I go to the shower, to take some of my pains away. And here I am, now blogging of my day, in my jammies, drinking my hot tea, letting the days cares go away, hopefully through the tap tap tapping of my little fingers on my keypad. Hope you enjoyed a very ordinary woman, blogging about her very ordinary day.
